I work with people who are struggling with overloaded emotions, in particular, people who have been given diagnoses they are finding it hard to live with.
You can quickly find a little calm by trying out the Peace Kit - five short meditations to begin your path.
To guide you on the longer journey I offer a ten week course, The Mindful Peace Programme. This brings a structured approach to the practice of mindfulness, helping you to gain freedom from galloping thoughts and overwhelming emotions.
